Common Tracking Questions

Where do I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking details. Check your inbox (and your Spam/Junk folder) for an email with the subject line: "A shipment from order #1234 is on the way."

Why is my tracking status not updating?

If you see "Label Created" or "Pre-Shipment," it means your order has left our warehouse but hasn't been scanned by the local carrier yet. For international orders, tracking may pause briefly while the package is clearing customs. This is normal!

How long does shipping take?

  • USA & Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days
